Rocabella Mykonos Hotel is looking for:

Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for an individual who has a solid work ethic, high level of integrity, concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation


  • Deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
  • Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, check-in/check-out, room inventory and availability, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, policy, procedure implementation and enforcement, meeting participation
  • Evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns
  • Initiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue
  • Complete audit procedures, as needed


  • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
  • 1 year minimum working experience (preferably in a Luxury Boutique Hotel)
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language
  • Excellent MS Office-Computer skills
  • Negotiation and excellent Communication Skills
  • Age up to 35years old
