Mykonos Princess Hotel, a 5* Lifestyle Boutique Hotel, is currently seeking
to recruit a professional for the position of Bartender.

Our goal is to strengthen our young & dynamic team in order to provide the
authentic Greek Hospitality combined with highest level services.

Responsible to provide professional & friendly service to the guests,
ensuring their stay will become an unforgettable experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum experience as a Bartender/Barista in a 5* luxury boutique hotel
• Excellent command of both english and greek language is essential
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
• WSET certification will be considered as an asset
• Degree in hospitality/tourism will be considered as an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote
• Excellent customer service skills
• Sales skills will be considered as an asset
• Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills
• Team work spirit
• Knowledge of the F&B procedures will be considered as an asset
• Ability to work on flexible schedule
• Ability to multitask.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
