Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa (5*) in Kriopigi, Halkidiki
are looking for the summer season 2019 to hire a:
Head Barman / Barwoman
The person holding this position is in charge for the efficient bar operation. Responsibilities include bar production and guest service, guiding and supervising the bar staff according to hotel standards and procedures, maintaining a clean bar area and keeping track of the bar inventory and stock supplies.
Skills / Qualifications:
- At least 3years of professional experience in similar position in 5* hotels or luxury bars
- Tourism & Hospitality School graduate (preferably)
- Excellent command of the English language. Any other extra language will be considered as an asset
- Perfect bar knowledge and drinks, cocktails and coffee making skills
- Teamwork spirit with positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills, always guest focused with politeness and the will to help
- Be flexible and capable to work under pressure, be proactive and responsible, possessing strong organizational skills to lead a team
