Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client, a leading Multinational Fashion Company, is looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant.

The responsibility of the Sales Assistant is to provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistant to all clients, support colleagues in order to achieve and surpass goals, and to ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales technique to ensure maximum performance
• Utilize all available sales tools to increase business and improve results
• Overcome client objections and offer alternatives
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize and accessorize a sale
• Collaborate with all associates to achieve departmental and store goals
• Minimizes returns
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
• Consistently seek to increase product knowledge
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
• Identify fit/product concerns in a timely manner
• Have an understanding of competitors’ products
• Maintain constant floor presence to assist clients
• Maintain consistent communication with clients
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively insure management involvement when appropriate
• Monitor client purchases and client database
• Possess a basic understanding of the company's visual and merchandising standards and philosophy
• Understand merchandise themes to convey to clients
• Return all items, clean and well maintained, to their correct place
• Participate in keeping the selling floor and merchandise clean and organized
• Participate in ensuring the correct visual image is reflected on the floor at all times

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of professional experience in a similar position (Clothing, Cosmetics, Shoes, Jewelry)
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to excellence

• High ethical standards
