Cloud C#/.Net Engineer– Oil & Energy Sector (€2,500- €3,000 Gross p/m)

On behalf of our client, a listed leader in the oil, gas and energy industry, with multinational presence and multiple subsidiaries, we are seeking a Cloud Applications Developer to join their “New Technologies” team.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should be an expert in Developing and maintaining cloud applications with Microsoft Stack Technologies. You must be driven, hard-working and passionate about developing web and mobile apps and producing high quality code within specific deadlines.

Key Accountabilities

• Create and maintain technical specifications for cloud applications in accordance with functional specifications
• Execute and document tests necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets functional requirements
• Develop & maintain applications in Azure, SharePoint Portal (intranet), Workflow applications, Office 365 extensions and corporate web sites
• Develop and support the company’s applications written in Microsoft .NET/C#

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience and strong knowledge of .NET/C# development
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, .NET/C#, XAML, ASP.NET , Web forms / MVC, JavaScript (React JS, VUE JS), T-SQL, ADO.NET, LINQ
• Ability to learn and critique new technologies quickly
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams ( Business Intelligence Specialists, Enterprise Mobile Application Developers, Cloud Applications Vendors)

Strong Pluses

• Git, SourceTree
• Office 365 extensions, VSTO
• Windows Store Applications
• General code design patterns & practices
• Experience in SharePoint customization & development
