For our 5* Resorts in Greece and the Mediterranean we are now recruiting for:
Reservations Agent (English & Spanish Speaker)
Job Information
Location: Halkidiki, Greece
Contract: Full Time /seasonal
Starting Date: October/November 2019
Department: Central Reservations
Ref: IR/CRS2020
Working Requirements:
- Answer telephone calls and respond to mails, assisting guests with their vacation plans
- Have excellent knowledge of the Resort, facilities, rooms, etc. and provide information
- Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
- Communicate reservations, cancellations and modifications information to the front desk
- Process advance deposits on reservations
- Handle daily correspondence and make sure that files are kept up to date
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in reservations department will be highly appreciated
- Excellent command of English and Spanish language
- Knowledge of a hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio, Protel, etc.) will be considered an asset
