Villa Manager
Period: All over the year
This role is based in Ermionida, Argolida, Peloponnese, Greece and as a Villa Manager the incumbent will be accountable for overall success of the daily Villas operations.
The role is very diverse, encompassing guest relations, monitoring standards, logistical arrangements and transfer planning. You will be responsible for the overall management of the property itself, from the service to the general property care.
The candidate will be responsible to:
- Organize and oversee the day to day tasks of the villas in cooperation with the rest of the staff.
- Assist and aid the guests with their enquiries, needs and requests.
- Regular reporting to the owner and the management company.
- Manage efficiently and minimize the damage of the physical sources
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Managing the needs of villa owners requires great sensitivity and therefore strong guest relations skills and deep experience in this area is mandatory.
- In addition, you will already possess a strong operations background in high end properties, mainly in Food & Beverage, and preferably in Rooms Division also. Some accounting experience would be an asset.
- University Degree or equivalent School diploma, preferred direction in Tourism, Hotel Business & Management
- Good to excellent command of English & Greek language,
- Impeccable organization and communication skills & eye for details
- Willingness and collegial attitude
- Polite, flexible and customer oriented mindset
- Professional appearance
- Organization skills
- Ability to work overtime
- Driving license
- Strong financial understanding & ability to analyze and being accountable for financial results. Experience in budgeting process is plus
- Good understanding of procurement functions and methods
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
