Responsibilities:
What your tasks will be as a French / ArabicCustomer Support Officer:
- Act as the first point of contact for the French market
- Dealing with clients’ inquiries providing live chat support
- Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Requirements:
You’ll be an excellent fit as a French / Arabic Customer Support Officer in case you possess:
- Native level of French and Arabic
- Fluent oral and written skills in English
- Excellent typing skills
- Outstanding communication and comprehension skills
- Dynamic personality
