Sales & Reservations Representative

Main Responsibilities :

• Direct cooperation with Reservations Manager
• Help customers with planning and booking reservations for the hotel.
• Send booking confirmation to guests after processing payments.
• Provide customer service support if there is a problem with payment confirmation or issues navigating a hotel website to book a stay.
• Are responsible for keeping accurate records about customer bookings, payments, and any additional information that hotel staff might need when interacting with a guest.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Reservations and Sales experience
• Hospitality & Tourism Industry Diploma
• Professional appearance
• Commercial sense & negotiation skills
• Accountability & responsibility
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Friendly and pleasant personality with a positive attitude, inspiring and respectful
• Detail-oriented, passionate and focused on providing high quality results
• Value-driven, self-motivated and adaptive to company ethical standards and cultural sensitivities.
• Proactive and able to perform exceptionally under pressure
• Very good command of English language
• Computer literacy
