Requirements

Which is the role?

• Support and inspire our Visual Merchandising team,
• Ensure that our products are displayed according to company guidelines, marketing activities and seasonal trends together with your store team.
• Creating visually inspiring in-store and window displays which reflect and maintain our brand identity.
• You’ll be busy checking out the competition and making sure your team is fully briefed.
• You’ll also make improvements to our VM processes and work closely with Retail Operations, Creative Department, Marketing Department to deliver the sort of VM standards our customers have come to expect.
• Training the store team in garment presentation, mood-boards, fashion trends etc
• Maximising selling by analysing sales reports and taking action accordingly.

What is your profile?

• As an experienced and creative visual merchandiser,
• You’ll be comfortable working with high quality and volume products
• It is expected that you’ll have a real understanding of our products and our brand
• Well-developed communication and negotiation abilities are therefore essential
• Is a must to posses exceptional planning, organising and time management abilities
• Above all, you’ll have an eye for detail and be committed to maintaining the highest standards throughout the stores.
