Assistant Financial Controller-Athens, Attica, Greece · FINANCE
- Assisting in Managing Company’s budget including revenue/direct margin, EBITDA level and drives the yearly budget exercise and forecast with line managers.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate management reports that are appropriate for the users.
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget.
- Initiates, coordinates and tracks financial processes improvements and ensures compliance with financial standards and best practices.
- Proposes improvements in current reporting system.
- Interacts with line managers of company’s departments and prepare ad hoc reports when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or MBA.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office Tools.
- Experience in developing and using reporting tools.
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative taking, problem solving, team orientation.
- Structured individual with attention to detail.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
