Commercial Manager

The company
Our client is a dynamic company in the food industry,with a start-up mentality and international presence in mature, high-end markets. They are looking to expand their team with an experienced professional that will participate in the overall strategy formulation and willfacilitatefurther growth.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have to:

Participate in the formulation of the company’s sales and marketing strategy
-
Handle international sales at first and then establish an international sales team
-
Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
-
Collaborate closely with the CEO and be a member of the Management Committee
The ideal candidate
-
Experience in international sales in the food industry (mandatory), ideally in olive oil or other greek products
-
Experience in the food markets of USA, Canada or United Kingdom will be highly appreciated
-
Excellent knowledge of English (and Greek)
-
Be able to work effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently
-
Motivated by growing business beyond where people think it can go
-
Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
-
Availability for regular international business travel
The company offers

Monthly gross salary of 2.500 to 3.500 Euro, depending on experience and qualifications
