Job purpose:
Oversees and executes the supply chain operations of for the F&B dpt of the Hotel in order to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
Key accountabilities of the role:
- Negotiates with suppliers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction suppliers
- Supervises orders and arrange stocking of goods and equipment to ensures they meet Hotel needs
- Keeps logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc
- Plans and track the timely delivery of final products according to business requirements
- Prepares accurate reports for upper management of all all material stock
- Coordinates the internal distribution of goods to the respective dpt
- Utilizes logistics IT (Materials Control) to optimize procedures.
Candidates profile:
- Proven experience in procurement preferably in the hotel industry
- Ability to work under pressure and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (Soft 1
- Excellent organization and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BSc /BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
- Knowledge of Materials Control Program is a must
